It is locally owned by Army Veteran Richard Brookman and his wife Amy. We offer Smoked Fish and Smoked Gourmet Dips, as well as, local specialty favorites. Where are we located? We are located at 1544 Gulf Shores Pkwy on Hwy 59. Open Tuesday - Friday 11 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm
